MQ8260A series crankshaft grinding machine, the featured in simple structure, easy operation and wide application, is applicable for grinding of crank journal and main journal, as well as common cylindrical grinding.
Workpieces are gripped by center or chuck and driven by headstock motor, grinding manually;R/L cross chuck AND can be grimed if customers needed. Vertical maximum adjustment if up to 110mm and longitude one is up to 2.5mm, rotating R/L chuck to realized gearshift;Workpiece, grinding wheel, cooling pump and oil pump are driven by single motor; Rapid advance and retreat of wheel slide is driven by hydraulic.Electric interlocking structure of working table and wheel slide ensures safety in failure of adjusting and grinding.The wheel slide comes with reliable protection cover.
