6.Programming system: FastCAM Nesting Software
FastCAM Nesting software have famous brand in the world of cutting industry with 30-years R&D history and are professionally applied in Gas, Plasma, Laser and Water-jet NC cutting machines in order to save steel and increase cutting efficiency and quality.
Fast CAM software has four modules for cutting procedure: FastCAM drawing, FastNEST auto nesting, Fast PATH auto pathing, and FastPLOT verification.
FastCAM drawing module:
Draw: similar with CAD, to draw all kinds of parts
CAD Optimizer: to optimize DXF/DWG files by the tools of delete, compress, extract and explode
Cutting functions: Kerf compensation, bridge, corners, CAD layers, word label and mark
Fast NEST automatic nesting module:
1) Automatic, manual and interactive nesting
2) Common cut & continue cut to reduce pre-pierce
3) Remnant nesting for irregular remnant or parts
Fast PATH automatic patting module:
Programming: automatic & manual patting include marking, path optimizer, multi-layer cutting
Support multi-CNC machines: to switch NC format between different CNC machines
